Delivering Yoga: Tips for new moms



Associate Professor Jennifer Huberty and doctoral researcher Jeni Matthews share insights into research on yoga and how it can serve expectant mothers, before and after, birth.
A key difference in the Physical Activity Guidelines being released this year has to do with how physical activity can reduce the risk of excessive weight gain and gestational diabetes in pregnant women, as well as symptoms of postpartum depression of which Huberty and Matthews focus.
